The business

The Australian Journal of Pharmacy is Australia's longest-running pharmacy publication, providing trusted news, education and industry insights that support pharmacists throughout their careers.

The problem

AJP needed a refreshed identity that honoured its long-standing legacy while reflecting the profession's continued evolution. The challenge was to create a flexible system that would work primarily across digital channels while reinforcing AJP's position as Australia's leading voice in pharmacy.

The outcome

The refreshed identity evolves AJP's logo into an expanded gradient, creating a visual language that reflects professional growth while honouring the publication's legacy. Applied across the website, digital advertising, eDMs and editorial content, the system brings consistency to AJP's predominantly digital presence while reinforcing its position as Australia's trusted voice in pharmacy.

What I'd do differently

I'd further evolve the identity through richer data visualisation and more dynamic digital storytelling, helping complex industry insights become even more engaging and accessible for readers.
